Meditation - Many meditation practices are developed within Eastern religions. At Studio Relax techniques are taught in the style developed by Eric Harrison of the Perth Meditation Centre (www.perthmeditationcentre.com.au). Techniques are presented in plain English and are consistent with current research in western psychology.
