The studio is fully equipped. You should bring along a towel (if you would like to have something between yourself and the mat which is provided), a water bottle, and a cushion.
You should not have had a large meal for up to 2 hours prior to coming to classes. Your digestion will be disrupted by the exercise or alternatively you just won't feel like moving well.
Prior to starting any class, you will be required to complete a "Student Profile". This will provide your contact details and some medical history. You will also accept responsibility for the degree of your participation in classes.
You should wear clothing that allows you to move easily and modestly.
