Meditation at Studio Relax – 2010

Meditate to relax, calm your mind, enhance your creativity, sleep better and clear your perspective. We present techniques  in plain English and that are consistent with current research in western psychology.

If you are new to meditation, learn a range of techniques when you participate in our Meditation Workshops.  You can practise short spot meditations to incorporate into your busy day and also longer meditations.   

Revisit the Meditation Workshops at a discounted rate if you have previously attended one of our workshops but would like to refresh your knowledge of basic meditation techniques.

Or for those who are experienced meditators, enjoy your inner calm and meditate with others in our regular group led meditations.

If you are unable to practise with us in Brisbane, we can recommend meditation centres in other cities.
