Group Led Meditations

Meditations commence at 1pm and conclude approx 2.15- 2.30pm.  Cost is $15/$12.50 concessional.

These afternoons provide those who have meditated before, with an opportunity to be led through two ½ hour meditations, in a group setting.  You should wear casual and comfortable clothing.  We meditate seated in chairs, but for those who prefer, meditation cushions are available.
