Meditation Workshops
This workshop is designed primarily for those who are new to meditation, offering them an opportunity to understand meditation and to try a range of techniques.  Our aim is for participants to have identified those techniques that work for them, so that they can start some meditation at home, after they have concluded the workshop.

During the workshop, we will practise some spot meditations as well as 3 longer meditations.  Time is allocated for questions and discussion.  Some supplementary information is  available for those who like to take something home to read afterwards.  We also have available for purchase a number of books and CD’s by Eric Harrison and Matt Young.

Workshops commence at 1pm and conclude approx 5.30pm.  There is a half hour break for afternoon tea which is provided by the studio.  Cost is $100/$85 concessional. You should wear casual and comfortable clothing.  We meditate seated in chairs and the studio is airconditioned.
